Ordering & Shipping

Thankfully we're still able to operate as usual and are despatching the vast majority of orders the next working day, with the exception of Personalised items which are made to order and so take longer to despatch. We have noticed a small number of deliveries taking longer than usual to arrive due to carrier delays, and although this part of the order process is out of our control, we're doing all we can to minimise your delivery time as much as possible.

If you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages since items could be fulfilled from different Frog Dog Co. locations.
For UK Domestic orders:
- Free Standard Shipping orders usually arrive 2-3 days after despatch.
- Upgraded Express Shipping orders usually arrive 1-2 days after despatch.
For International orders:
- International delivery times vary by location, although the majority are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks from despatch.
Our Order Confirmation emails are sent automatically once the checkout process completes. If you haven't received one, please check your junk and spam folders since they can sometimes be filtered there.
If this isn't the case and you still haven't received your confirmation, please email us at info@frogdogco.com detailing the name and email address you used for the order, and we'll find your order and forward a confirmation directly.
Returns & Refunds
We strongly recommend checking our Sizing Chart for details on how to measure and select the appropriate sized item for your dog to avoid any issues. We also advise double checking your measurements, and if you are between sizes then we recommend choosing the larger size. If you are in any doubt, please Contact Us and we'll be happy to help you find the right size.
If you find your order doesn't fit, please Contact Us to arrange a return, replacement or refund. Our returns, replacement and refunds policy is 30 days from your order date. Returns must arrive back to us in NEW and UNUSED condition, free of hair and with original tags still attached in order for us to issue a replacement or refund. Returned items which do not arrive in this condition will not be replaced or refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping costs are at the customers expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, to ensure its safe arrival to us.
If you have changed your mind, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel your order before it's been despatched.

For Human Apparel, please carefully check the sizing details on each of our Product pages, since different products have different sizing bands.
To keep your Frog Dog Co. gear looking fresh, we recommend hand washing in cool water with regular detergent - do not bleach. Once cleaned, rinse and dry laying flat to maintain shape.
