Thankfully we're still able to operate as usual and are despatching the vast majority of orders the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Personalised items are made to order and take longer to produce, so take longer to despatch and this info is clearly marked as such on our website.

We have noticed a small number of deliveries taking longer than usual to arrive due to carrier delays, and although this part of the order process is out of our control, we're doing all we can to minimise your delivery time as much as possible.

 

UK Domestic Orders

We dispatch the vast majority of our UK orders the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) after the order has been placed, however on occasion and at busy periods it can take slightly longer. Personalised items are made to order and take longer to produce, so take longer to despatch and this info is clearly marked as such on our website.

If you are ordering multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages since they could be fulfilled from different Frog Dog Co. locations.

Our UK Domestic orders are delivered by Royal Mail, and estimated delivery times for our service options are:

  • Standard Shipping (2nd Class) orders usually arrive 2-3 days after despatch.
  • Upgraded Express Shipping (1st Class) orders usually arrive 1-2 days after despatch. 

 

International Orders

International orders are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked service. Delivery times vary by location, although the majority are usually delivered:

  • Europe: within 1-2 weeks
  • Rest of World: within 2-3 weeks

Please note that local Customs charges may apply dependent on location. Customs costs are not included in the shipping charge, and are the buyers responsibility. 

If you haven't received your delivery within the estimated timeframe above, please first check the tracking details using the tracking number you will have been supplied in your dispatch notification email. We also recommend getting in touch with your local Customs Office since sometimes parcels can be held there.
